Summit welcomes Josh Goldberg as Director

December 2, 2019 (Washington, D.C.) – Summit Consulting is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Josh Goldberg as its newest Director.
As an experienced risk management executive, Mr. Goldberg has two decades of mortgage finance experience, most recently focusing on model development, model validation, model audit, credit risk management, stress testing, and valuation techniques. Mr. Goldberg will lead Summit’s mortgage finance practice, where he will bring industry best practices to Summit’s clients and develop Summit staff.
Summit Partner Albert Lee, PhD, said, “Josh is a strong addition to Summit’s growing mortgage finance practice. His ten years as a leader at Freddie Mac plus his previous experience at JP Morgan Chase and Fannie Mae positions him well to serve our client’s mission.”
Mr. Goldberg most recently served as Vice President: Internal Audit, Finance and Multifamily at Freddie Mac. He received his MBA in finance & corporate accounting from the University of Rochester's Simon Business School and a BA in economics from Wesleyan University. He is also Certified Public Accountant, a Chartered Financial Analyst, a Certified Internal Auditor, and holds a Financial Risk Certification from the Global Association of Risk Managers.
