Building Summit: Week 17 - Neighbors at the New Office

We’ve talked a lot about the decision to move, and why we chose 601 New Jersey Ave NW as the new Summit DC headquarters. This week, we profile the building itself and some of our new neighbors.
601 New Jersey Ave NW is located near Union Station, a travel hub in Washington D.C., and near the Capitol building, making the neighborhood a bustling center for business people, out-of-town visitors, and lawmakers. Right across New Jersey Ave is the Georgetown University Law Center, the university’s dedicated class and meeting location for law students.
Within the building, Amazon Web Services is one of our closest new neighbors. The company provides a number of online services, most notably large-volume cloud computing capabilities for businesses.

Also within our new office building is a full fitness center for tenants to use, as well as a roof deck.
