This week, a construction update meeting was held at 601 New Jersey Ave NW to discuss progress on certain items in the new office. As you can imagine, a lot goes into outfitting a 15,000 sq. ft. office space to handle 100+ employees. Building the walls and laying carpet isn't all that needs to happen before we move in; our construction partners (DBI Architects, Bognet Construction, and Cresa) are carefully considering all of the details, including placement of electrical outlets near all desk bays, how to reuse existing features such as cable trays, and acquiring electrical appliances for our break rooms.
