Mr. Samuel Dugger, PMP, CSM, is a Director at Summit. He leads Summit’s Program and Business Modernization (PBM) business practice, providing world-class PBM support to our federal and nonfederal clients. Mr. Dugger has two decades of experience successfully managing major contracts and government projects.
His in-depth experience in assembling and managing diverse teams to meet contract objectives is highly sought when planning for capital investments. His years of managing capital investments using industry best practices and tools has galvanized his outlook to see the big picture for clients and the ability to articulate the overall objectives to managed teams and various stakeholders. Mr. Dugger has a proven record of substantially saving client funding via implementing processes that reduce time and are the most efficient to complete the needed work.
Mr. Dugger holds a B.S. in management and computer information systems from Norfolk State University. He is also PMP-certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI).
