Erin Lucien, who joined the Advisory Board in September 2019, is passionate about helping entrepreneurs and operators to expand and realize value in their businesses. As founder of Springstone Advisory Services, Erin provides strategic and financial advisory services to business services and technology companies, leveraging her 25 years in providing M&A and financial advisory services on both the buy side and sell side of M&A transactions and investments. Prior to Springstone, Erin held senior roles at multiple investment banks and M&A advisory firms, most recently as a Managing Director with District Capital Partners. Over the course of her career, Erin has advised on a wide range of M&A transactions and corporate development initiatives for founder-led businesses, technology and services companies, and private equity investors. In addition to her Advisory Board role with Summit, Erin also serves on the board of CASA-DC, a nonprofit dedicated to advocacy for court-involved youth children in the District of Columbia. Erin has an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and Bachelor of Business Administration from James Madison University.

Summit's Advisory Board consists of key players in the consulting and data science fields. This board advises Summit Partners on industry trends and how to navigate federal and commercial industries.
