On Friday, November 18, consultant Lydia Kidder will present Summit’s newest grants presentation, “The Performance Management Playbook: Improving Performance Measurement for Your Grant,” at this year’s Governor’s Grants Office Annual Conference.
During the presentation, Ms. Kidder will explore universal concepts in the Office of Management and Budget’s 2020 publication The Performance Management Playbook for Federal Awarding Agencies. Attendees will learn about the importance and utility of performance management principles to assist grantors in telling the story of their grant. The session will also feature a guided activity to help participants understand linkages across grant-funded inputs, activities, outputs, and outcomes.
Ms. Kidder’s presentation will take place at 9:40 a.m. on November 18 at the College Park Marriott Hotel and Conference Center in Hyattsville, Maryland. Interested parties can register here.
