In addition, Dr. China Layne has been promoted to Manager (Technical) within the Applied Statistics & Economics team. As Manager for Data Analytics and Research, Dr. Layne directs engagements and provides technical guidance to other Summit staff in the areas of advanced data analytics and using administrative data for research.
