Before coming to Summit, Harvey spent more than two decades in progressively more complex positions in the federal government, providing leadership at the Government Accountability Office (GAO), Office of Management and Budget (OMB), U.S. Department of State, and U.S. Agency for International Development, as well as within the intelligence community.
Harvey shares her tips and tricks for how agency budget officers can prepare for the impacts from the debt ceiling negotiations, as well as best practices for interacting with oversight agencies such as GAO, OMB, and the Office of Inspector General.
