Amy talks about two major programs that her division administers and the problems these programs solve for the American economy: the General Sales Managers (GSM) 102 Program & the Facility Guarantee Program (FCP). She also discusses the number of guarantees that the FAS administers each year and what a typical guarantor looks like.
