WorldatWork announced that Summit Consulting, LLC, earned the Work-Life 2016 Seal of Distinction. This seal is a unique mark of excellence designed to identify organizational success in work-life effectiveness. Summit is one of 116 employers to be honored March 9 at the Gala Awards Dinner at the WorldatWork 2016 Future of Work Forum in New Orleans, LA. Summit also earned this distinction in 2015.
Begun in 2012, the WorldatWork Work-Life Seal of Distinction assesses the seven categories of work-life effectiveness that comprise a best-in-class work-life portfolio in today's workplace:
- Caring for dependents
- Health and wellness
- Workplace flexibility
- Financial support for economic security
- Paid and unpaid time off
- Community involvement
- Transforming organizational cultural
This year's recipients represent a variety of industries including education, finance, government, health, law, and manufacturing. The 2016 list includes 49 new companies and shows 67 companies returning to the list from previous years.
