To maximize our productivity and creativity as we help our clients, we work in a flexible, open environment with plenty of space for on-the-fly conversations, brainstorming sessions, all-team meetings, and our in-house professional development sessions (known as PEAKS). Our kitchen is a hub of activity where we grab snacks and coffee or unwind over lunch or foosball.
And we work in a fabulous building! Centrally located near our clients, the metro, and the Capitol, 601 New Jersey Avenue NW is a LEED Gold Certified building with a fitness center, a bike room, a parking garage, and a rooftop deck. Our building features lobby coffee service and personalized climate control through Comfy, and we have in-building concierge services that include dry cleaning. When we walk out the door, we have access to an array of food trucks, restaurants, and other venues for socializing.
