A recent Yahoo! Finance article mentions Summit and 76 other companies as recipients of the 2015 Seal of Distinction from the WorldatWork Alliance for Work-Life Progress (AWLP). The award recognizes companies who have demonstrated a commitment to their employees' work-life balance through innovative policies and benefits.
As we noted last week, Summit received a 2015 Seal of Distinction. “We are honored and delighted to be awarded the WorldatWork Alliance for Work-Life Progress 2015 Seal of Distinction,” says Human Resources Manager Julie Weber. “Summit is deeply passionate about the work-life programs and policies that we have implemented, and continue to review and improve."
