Summit is proud to welcome Antoinette Merrill as our new Chief Financial Officer. She joins us from Dougherty & Associates, Inc., where she served the last five years as CFO and Vice President. Ms. Merrill’s extensive experience in financial and contracts management makes her a tremendous asset to the Summit team.
In her post at DAI, she governed financial and administrative functions, and held primary responsibility for financial risk management, budgeting, and forecasting. She supported the company’s business development functions as well through pricing proposal management, contract negotiations, and compliance reporting.
She earned an MBA from George Mason University, and a Bachelors of Accountancy from the University of San Diego. Ms. Merrill is also a member of professional organizations such as the Professional Services Council (PSC).
Ms. Merrill will start on June 24th when she arrives to our Washington, DC office. We look forward to having her insight and experience on our team!
