In its detailed report, the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) praised the USDA FSA Export Credit Guarantee Program (GSM-102) for properly documenting the key elements of their estimation process to protect valuable institution knowledge and to ensure that subsidy cost estimates are supported, reliable, and reasonable.
