Summit Founding Principal Dr. Albert J. Lee, on behalf of CliftonLarsonAllen (formerly Clifton Gunderson), co-presented on the interpretation of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular-123 Appendix C (dated April 14, 2011) regarding President Obama's Improper Payments Elimination and Recovery Act (IPERA) guidance.
Taking place at the Montgomery/Prince George's County Chapter's AGA Winter Workshop, the presentation described the differences of attribute and variable testing when performing audits along with their respective adherence to OMB's precision requirements.
In addition, Dr. Lee discussed sampling-best practices with respect to developing a sound sampling plan and an accurate, as well as transparent, projections report.
