Summit Founding Principal Dr. Albert J. Lee presented a study entitled "Testing the Double-Trigger Hypothesis Using Loan-Level Annual Financial Statement Data from an FHA-Insured Multifamily Program" at the American Economic Association's Annual Meeting in Denver, Colo.
This study reviewed one of the many statistical techniques used at Summit's engagement with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and was based on a forthcoming paper, co-written by Dr. Yvon Pho (Deloitte) and Colin Cushman (HUD). The paper will be published in the upcoming issue of Real Estate Economics.
