Dr. Shane Thompson is getting back to his academic roots this fall. This semester, he is teaching a course on research strategies at American University.
The course, titled “Overview of Qualitative and Quantitative Research Strategies,” is designed for graduate students who are intent on improving their research practice. Many of Dr. Thompson’s students are educators in the Washington, DC area looking to develop their skills in information gathering and data analysis. The course began on August 26th and allows Dr. Thompson to pursue his teaching interests while also serving engagements at Summit.
As we mentioned a few weeks ago, Dr. Thompson will also serve as a co-instructor for an online course on data science.
