Dr. Mark Hutson and Dr. Art Kolasa, members of Summit’s Federal Credit Modeling and Forecasting Team, will present research findings at the 2015 Federal Forecasters Conference at the Bureau of Labor Statistics Conference and Training Center in Washington, D.C.

Dr. Kolasa and Dr. Hutson will co-present an examination of genocidal incidents and update of the State Failure Task Force Report - Phase III logit model.
