DOL Scholars Program Seeks Talented Labor Policy Researchers

Summit has been contracted by the U.S. Department of Labor’s (DOL’s) Chief Evaluation Office (CEO) to oversee the application process for the 2013-2014 DOL Scholars Program. The Program’s purpose is to develop the next generation of labor researchers by providing grantees with the opportunity and support to conduct rigorous studies related to DOL policies and programs.

Starting June 10, interested and qualified researchers can submit the required materials and application for the 2013 competition. If chosen, they will receive funding for their research and given research guidance and support, with the end goal of a journal-quality paper that will be published on CEO's website, with potential for publication in an academic peer-reviewed journal.
